Matter of Bales v. Post Service Station

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Third Department
Jun 27, 1950
277 App. Div. 913 (N.Y. App. Div. 1950)

Opinion

June 27, 1950.

Present — Foster, P.J., Brewster, Deyo, Bergan and Coon, JJ. [See ante, p. 818.]

Motion for reargument denied, without costs. In our previous decision it was inadvertently stated that the subsequent award was made "as a result of an entirely different accident". This statement is erroneous but does not affect the result.
