Opinion
March 15, 1950.
Appeal from Workmen's Compensation Board.
Present — Foster, P.J., Heffernan, Brewster, Bergan and Coon, JJ.
Ample opportunity was afforded appellants to contest their liability; and the finding that claimant contracted the occupational disease of dermatitis while in the employ of the appellant employer is sustained by evidence. Decisions and awards unanimously affirmed, with costs to the respondents employer and insurance carrier.
