DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

The petition of CHARLES S. ADUBATO of VINELAND, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1980, for his restoration to the practice of law is granted, effective immediately, and further conditioned: 1)on his continuation of treatment at the Psychiatric Out-Patient Center at University Hospital for one year; 2)on his practice of law under the proctorship of Paul E. Newell, Esq. for one year with the terms and conditions of proctorship to be approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics pursuant to Administrative Guideline No. 28, and 3) his reimbursement to the Ethics Financial Committee of $425 fee for a medical examination and report.
