ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Travis A. Greaves Judge

Giving due regard to the representations made in respondent's status report, filed March 10, 2023, it is

ORDERED that on or before May 5, 2023, petitioner shall show cause in writing why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed October 21, 2022, should not be granted.

Petitioner is advised that the failure to respond to this Order to Show Cause could result in the dismissal of the case and entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion.
