On October 21, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. Petitioner has not filed any response to respondent's motion despite the Court's Order to Show Cause, served April 3, 2023. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Order to Show Cause is hereby made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of prosecution. It is further

ORDERED and DECIDED that there is a deficiency in income tax due from petitioner for the taxable year 2017 in the amount of $1,392.00.
