MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Morris, Moseley, and Myers
The Court has before it the parties' August 2, 2012 agreed joint motion to vacate judgment and remand for dismissal with prejudice. We GRANT the motion, VACATE the trial court's judgment without reference to the merits, and REMAND the case to the trial court to dismiss the case with prejudice in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2).
