Memo


This memorandum is to advise all companies responsible for publishing opinions from the Second Circuit Court of Appeal, State of Louisiana, that the attached opinion, No. 45,920-CA, Heather Matlock v. City of Shreveport, replaces the previous opinion rendered on March 11, 2011, in its entirety, with the following correction.

On page 8, line 19 : The word " mission" should be " missing" and has been corrected at the end of line 19. The sentence should and now does read:

Kenny ultimately discharged her for noncompliance by missing sessions and noted in his report to Dr. Mead that Matlock exhibited poor effort secondary to exaggerated complaints of pain which he described as symptom magnification.

This correction does not in any manner change the substance of the opinion.
