It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant seeking an order staying the enforcement of the decisions and orders of the Civil Court (Bryan, J.), dated February 26, 2021 and April 16, 2021, as well as staying all proceedings currently in the Civil Court pending the determination of respondent-appellant's appeal is denied.
It is further Ordered that the cross-motion of the petitioners-respondents seeking an order dismissing respondent-appellant's appeal or, in the alternative, directing respondent-appellant to post an undertaking is denied.
