Based upon the State's commendable confession of error, the trial court is directed to conduct a hearing on the matter of the petitioner's pretrial release pursuant to sections 907.041 and 903.046, Fla. Stat. (2017). The trial court shall conduct the hearing this afternoon, if possible. In light of the trial court's anticipated compliance with this order, we refrain from issuing the writ.

Petition granted.
