Appeal from the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, at Beckley. Frank W. Volk, District Judge. (5:18-cv-01111)
Roland Mathis, Appellant Pro Se.
Before AGEE and RICHARDSON, Circuit Judges, and FLOYD, Senior Circuit Judge.
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

PER CURIAM:
Roland Mathis appeals the district court's order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and dismissing Mathis' action filed pursuant to Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). Limiting our review to issues raised in the informal brief, see 4th Cir. R. 34(b); Jackson v. Lightsey, 775 F.3d 170, 177 (4th Cir. 2014), we have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court's order. See Mathis v. Ziegler, No. 5:18-cv-01111 (S.D. W.Va. Aug. 28, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
