On September 20, 2017, the trial court clerk filed a third supplemental clerk's record in response to this court's order, requesting a copy of the trial court's April 13, 2016 order and any subsequent orders. The third supplemental clerk's record states that it is "filed under seal."
None of the clerk's records filed in this court contain a trial court order sealing documents. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 76a.
We direct the trial court clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record within 5 days of this order, containing any court order requiring the sealing of any documents in this case, pursuant to Rule 76a or otherwise.
