Tony L. Mathis & Dana Mathis Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

The petition in this case was filed on March 8, 2021. Petitioners seek review of a purported notice of deficiency allegedly issued to petitioners for tax year 2018. On April 27, 2021, respondent filed an Answer to the petition. On June 17, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

ORDERED that, on or before July 14, 2021, respondent shall file a Response to this order and attach thereto, a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioners for 2018 upon which this case is apparently based.
