Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered August 11, 2022, this case was dismissed because petitioner failed to pay the Court's filing fee as directed by the Court. On August 29, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before September 20, 2022, petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee form, which is available under the "Forms" tab on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov). If petitioner does not pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee by September 20, 2022, the Court will strike the parties' proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that action on the parties' proposed stipulated decision will be held in abeyance pending further direction by the Court.
