DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant, by order to show cause, for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered April 19, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper notice, as appellant failed to serve respondents by overnight mail or by first class mail with a certificate of mailing as directed in the order to show cause.
