The court has reviewed and hereby adopts the Magistrate Judge's Recommendation.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this action is DISMISSED as to Defendants Mikel E. Brady, II, Wisezah D. Buckman, Seth J. Frazier, and Jonathan M. Monk.
