Jimmy Ray Mathews a/k/a Jimmy Ray MATTHEWS, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the Criminal District Court 1, Tarrant County, Texas

Trial Court No. 1249644d

The Honorable Sharen Wilson, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On August 14, 2013, this court issued an opinion affirming the trial court's judgment. Any rehearing was due on or before August 29, 2013. Because no motion for rehearing or petition for discretionary review was filed, our mandate issued on October 14, 2013. Appellant has now filed an untimely motion for rehearing. We DENY the motion for rehearing because this court no longer has jurisdiction over this matter.
