Plaintiffs having moved for an extension of time to perfect their appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on May 4, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of A. Vincent Buzard, Esq., dated April 27, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 13, 2017, hereby amended by deleting the date May 1, 2017, and inserting in its place the date June 8, 2017.
