This case is calendared for trial at the March 11, 2024, Hartford, Connecticut, Trial Session of the Court. On January 10, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (motion). By Order served January 12, 2024, the Court directed petitioner to file an objection or other response to respondent's motion by February 12, 2024. On February 12, 2024, petitioner filed an Opposition to Motion for Summary Judgment and a Memorandum in Support of Opposition to Motion for Summary Judgment, objecting to the motion.
By Order served February 12, 2024, respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment was set for hearing at the trial session of the Court commencing on March 11, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in Room 619, 6th Floor, of the Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 450 Main Street, Hartford, Connecticut 06103. On March 6, 2024, the Court held a telephone conference with the parties. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed January 10, 2024, is denied without prejudice. It is further
ORDERED that the case is set for trial at the session of the Court commencing on March 11, 2024, at a date and time certain on Monday, March 11, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in Room 619, 6th Floor, of the Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 450 Main Street, Hartford, Connecticut 06103. The parties are hereby excused from appearing at the calendar call on Monday, March 11, 2024.
