This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, remote trial session. By Order served January 13, 2022, the case was stricken from the January 24, 2022, remote trial session and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On February 17, 2022, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation (Doc. 10) and a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 11). Review of the Proposed Stipulated Decision shows that the document does not include the signature of respondent's counsel.

On February 24, 2022, the parties filed a proper Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 13). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed February 17, 2022 (Doc. 11), is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
