Upon due consideration of petitioner's Ratification of Petition, filed December 20, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall copy the second page of the Ratification of Petition filed December 20, 2023, and file it as of that same date as a separate docket entry titled Letter. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner is advised that if she wishes to have a remote trial, she may file a Motion to Proceed Remotely. A form for this purpose is available on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov, by choosing "eFiling and Case Maintenance" and clicking on "Case Related Forms".
