ORDER

Appellant's court-appointed attorney filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 368 U.S. 738 (1967), on October 15, 2015. On October 23, 2015, this Court entered an order establishing the deadline for appellant to file his appellant brief. Appellant asserted his right to file a pro se brief and his motion to obtain a free copy of the record was granted. Appellant was granted a motion for extension of time to January 15, 2016. Appellant has not filed the appellant's brief.

It is ORDERED that appellant's brief shall be filed within 15 days from the date of this order. If appellant's brief is not timely filed, the appeal shall be set at issue and will proceed without the brief.
