By notice dated May 11, 2023, this case is calendared for trial on the Court's San Francisco, California trial calendar commencing on September 25, 2023.

On September 1, 2023, respondent filed a status report advising the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and requests 60 days to submit settlement documents to the Court.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's September 25, 2023, San Francisco, California trial calendar. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this matter is hereby retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 27, 2023, submit to the Court settlement documents in this case.
