On October 24, 2022, The Court served on respondent an Order to Show Cause instructing him to on or before October 28, 2022, show cause in writing why his response was filed out of time on October 21, 2022. On October 25, 2022, respondent filed a Response to the Court's Order to Show Cause served October 24, 2022.

Upon due consideration it is hereby ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause served October 24, 2022, is discharged.
