In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff (the mother of the defendant Rose Albert) when plaintiff tripped and fell on the lawn in the rear of defendants' dwelling house, defendants appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered March 16, 1961 upon a jury's verdict after trial in plaintiff's favor. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Brennan and Rabin, JJ., concur.
