This is an appeal from the trial court's October 20, 2023 judgment. Appellant appealed on October 24, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 26.1. The record was therefore due on December 19, 2023. See id. 35.1(a). The clerk's record was filed on January 3, 2024. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed. On February 6, 2024, we notified appellant that we would require her to file a brief without a reporter's record unless she submitted written evidence that she paid or made arrangements to pay the reporter's fee by March 7, 2024. On February 7, appellant notified us that she paid for the record, but she did not provide any evidence of payment. On the same day, the court reporter notified this Court that the record was complete but that the fee for preparing the reporter's record had not been fully paid.
We therefore notify appellant that the deadline for filing the reporter's record has passed. Unless appellant submits written evidence from the court reporter showing that appellant has paid or made arrangements to pay the reporter's fee for preparing the reporter's record within 10 days of the date of this order, we may require appellant to file its brief without a reporter's record and we may consider and decide only those issues or points that do not require a reporter's record for a decision. See Tex. R. App. 35.3, 37.3.
