In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, F.A.O. Schwarz Company, the original defendant, appeals from a judgment, entered on a jury verdict, which awarded damages to the plaintiff and dismissed its complaint over against an impleaded defendant. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs to plaintiff-respondent and to defendant-respondent. No opinion.
