THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the Unopposed Motion to Dismiss All Claims Against Defendants Broderick, Reed, and Harrison With Prejudice (Doc 190 — filed June 8, 2010), and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore

ORDERED that this matter shall be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as to Defendants Broderick, Reed, and Harrison, each party to pay their own fees and costs.
