ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT


This matter came before the Court on November 20, 2003 on Defendants', Litton Loan Servicing, L.P., Salomon Smith Barney, Inc. and Edward C. Hill, motions under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) for dismissal of Plaintiff Beverly Mast's Complaint for failure to state claims upon which relief could be granted. Defendants were represented by Darryl J. Lee. Plaintiff was represented by D. Bruce Oliver and Orson B. West.

The Court having read the pleadings, having heard argument of counsel and considering itself fully advised, rules as follows;

The Court grants in full Defendants' motions to dismiss the Complaint in its entirety. The Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to allege facts sufficient to set forth any cognizable cause of action against all Defendants.

Accordingly, Plaintiffs Complaint is hereby dismissed, without prejudice.
