Action by the infant plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries suffered when she was struck by an automobile owned and operated by defendant; and by her father for expenses and loss of services. Judgment in favor of defendant, dismissing the complaint on the merits, after a trial before the court without a jury, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
