DECISIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.

The judgment, as amended, is vacated, and a new judgment shall enter declaring that Homeland has a duty to indemnify Walsh for intentional acts pursuant to the $20,000 limit of the compulsory coverage provisions of the policy.
