ORDER

¶1 Department II of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Madsen, Stephens, Yu, and Whitener, considered at its March 29, 2022, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 That John Mason's petition for review is denied. Laurie Robertson's motion for extension of time to file a petition for review is denied and therefore her petition for review is dismissed as untimely. Both the Respondent's and the Petitioner's motions for sanctions are denied.
