Petitioner has filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus with the Court. To the extent Petitioner seeks relief from his conviction in case number 172009CF004417XXXAXX, the petition is hereby dismissed as unauthorized. See Baker v. State, 878 So.2d 1236 (Fla. 2004). To the extent Petitioner alleges that his sentence was illegal, the petition is dismissed without prejudice to seek relief in the appropriate circuit court. To the extent Petitioner raises a claim of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, the petition is denied. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.141(d)(5). Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied. No motion for rehearing or reinstatement will be entertained by this Court.
