ORDER

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Chicago, Illinois, trial session, which was scheduled to begin March 13, 2023. On March 13, 2023, this case was called and then recalled. There was no appearance by nor anyone on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. At that time respondent made an Oral Motion for Continuance in the hopes to reach settlement with petitioner.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Oral Motion for Continuance is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 27, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that Jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
