ORDER

Eunkyong Choi, Special Trial Judge.

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Winston-Salem, North Carolina trial session, which is scheduled to begin October 11, 2022. On September 27, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties. During the call, petitioner requested more time to obtain documents and respondent did not object. Petitioner agreed to deliver all pertinent documents to respondent by October 12, 2022. Respondent agreed they should be able to review the documents and file either a signed Decision document or a Status Report with the Court by October 26, 2022.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before October 26, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced remote calendar, and the parties are excused from appearing at calendar call. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
