Marcellus M. MASON, Jr., Petitioner(s) v. CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, Respondent(s).


Petitioner has filed a petition for writ of prohibition. To the extent the petitioner is seeking prohibitory relief directed toward the Second District Court of Appeal concerning the consolidated appeal in case numbers 2D12–1166 and 2D12–2879, the petition is hereby denied. See Mandico v. Taos Const., Inc., 605 So.2d 850, 853 (Fla.1992); English v. McCrary, 348 So.2d 293, 296 (Fla.1977). To the extent the petitioner is seeking an order directing the circuit court to vacate any of the orders it entered in circuit court case number GC–04–418, the petition is hereby dismissed without prejudice to the petitioner seeking appropriate relief in the Second District Court of Appeal.
