ORDER

At a conference held on September 17, 2002, the Court indicated that it would grant the motion of defendant's counsel of record to withdraw as such, abstaining from asserting jurisdiction of counsel's request for attorney's fees. The Court directed defendant's counsel to submit a proposed order reflecting the ruling, on 10 days' notice to its client and counsel for plaintiff. The Court has received no such proposed order. It is hereby ORDERED, that Steven M. Coren of Coren Brown, defendant's counsel of record, shall submit the proposed order by March 12, 2003, and further ORDERED, that if the proposed order is not submitted, the motion to withdraw and motion for an award of fees will be deemed abandoned and denied with prejudice.

SO ORDERED.
