ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

By Order served March 14, 2022, the Court directed petitioner Shahrzad Yazdchi-Marzvaan to file a Ratification of First Amended Petition. To date, no such ratification has been filed. Petitioners are advised that at this time the Court's jurisdiction in this case over petitioner Shahrzad Yazdchi-Marzvaan is in question due to the failure to file the aforementioned ratification.

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner Shahrzad Yazdchi-Marzvaan shall file a Ratification of First Amended Petition, in accordance with the Court's Order served March 14, 2022, is hereby extended to December 7, 2022. Petitioners are advised that failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of petitioner Shahrzad Yazdchi-Marzvaan from this case for lack of jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioners a form that petitioner Shahrzad Yazdchi-Marzvaan may use for purposes of ratifying the First Amended Petition.
