On April 18, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report stating that petitioner's representative informed respondent that petitioner has passed away. If petitioner has a representative who has been appointed executor or is otherwise authorized to represent petitioner's estate under California law, then that person should make an entry of appearance in this case. Respondent should consider filing a motion in accord with Nordstrom v. Commissioner, 50 T.C. 30, 31-32 (1968). Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent is directed on or before June 18, 2024, to file with the Court a motion as described above or a status report.
