Present — Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and MacCrate, JJ.


Action for specific performance of an agreement by defendants to issue stock to plaintiff under an agreement of employment, for wages due, and for damages for breach of the agreement. The corporate defendant appeals from the judgment, and joins the individual defendant in an appeal from an order, entered prior to the decision of the case, denying defendants' motion for leave to furnish additional evidence. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs against the corporate defendant. Order unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
