DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated August 17, 2012, inter alia, to strike stated portions of the appellants' briefs, for leave to add certain material to the record, to dismiss the appeals on the ground that the record is inadequate and the briefs do not comply with the rules of the Court, for leave to file one brief in response to both appellants' briefs, and for leave to file an oversized brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file one brief in response to both appellants' briefs is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file an oversized brief is denied without prejudice to making an application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.10.3(c); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
