This Amended Decision is being filed to correct an error in the original Decision filed on January 29, 2019. On page 16, third line from the top, the sentence should read "While it is undisputed that the Decedent's initial injuries and the manufacture of the Rotator Truck took place outside Rhode Island, those valid considerations are not controlling."

The remaining contents of the Decision filed on January 29, 2019 remain the same.
