On September 28, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. On October 24, 2022, respondent filed a Response in Opposition to Petitioner's Motion and a Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment. On November 7, 2022, this case was assigned to the undersigned for trial or other disposition.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 9, 2022, petitioner shall file with the Court and serve on respondent's counsel a single document in which he responds to respondent's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment and replies to respondent's Response in Opposition to his Motion.
