Action to recover damages for malicious prosecution, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Hadden, J., granted separate motions for summary judgment filed by the named defendant and the defendant Mary Botteiller, and rendered summary judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
