An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 10, 2023, And defendant-appellant having moved for expedited resolution of the appeal through a preference ensuring that the appeal is calendared and heard in the June 2023 Term of this Court, and for a stay of enforcement of the aforesaid order pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying enforcement of the aforesaid May 10, 2023 order and maintaining the calendar preference for the June 2023 Term of this Court, as outlined within the interim relief granted by order of a Justice of this Court, dated May 11, 2023.
