The parties to the above-captioned matter, by and through their attorneys of record, hereby stipulate as follows:

2. Pursuant to the terms of the written settlement agreement entered into by the parties, this matter should be dismissed, with prejudice. Each party shall bear their own costs and attorneys fees except as provided in the settlement agreement.

The matter is dismissed with prejudice.
