The Petition for Writ of Certiorari is granted, we dispense with the filing of briefs on the merits and oral argument and hereby approve the decision of the District Court of Appeal, Second District, 339 So.2d 1133, on the authority of our recent decision in Aaron v. State of Florida, 345 So.2d 641, opinion filed February 25, 1977.
