Opinion Filed May 29, 2009. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex. R. App. P. 47

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 4, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F08-30248-K.

Before Justices MOSELEY, O'NEILL, and MURPHY.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Victor Hugo Martinez pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine in an amount less than one gram. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at two years' imprisonment in a state jail facility. The trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
