On June 10, 2016, the Clerk of this Court granted appellant's third extension to file his brief until July 11, 2016, with no further extensions to be granted. Because appellant's counsel's fourth extension states that she just received the pre-sentence investigation report on July 13, 2016, which had not been filed in this Court, this extension is granted, but counsel is warned that no further extensions will be granted. See TEX. R. APP. P. 10.5(b)(1)(C), 38.6(d). Accordingly, if appellant's brief is not filed by July 27, 2016, the Court will abate this appeal for a late-brief hearing. See id. 38.8(b)(2).
