Joe Angel MARTINEZ, Jr., Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 227th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2022CR7047 Honorable Christine Del Prado, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Irene Rios, Justice

Appellant's brief was due November 25, 2024. However, appellant has filed a third motion requesting an extension of time to file the appellant's brief. The motion is GRANTED. The appellant's brief is due on or before December 20, 2024.

Further requests for an extension of time will not be granted absent extenuating circumstances. Appellant is advised that counsel's heavy case load or demanding work schedule is not an extraordinary circumstance warranting further requests for an extension of time.
