ORDER

On April 9,. 2024, appellant filed a motion to abate, asserting that certain documents considered by the trial court and ordered sealed may have been lost or destroyed and requested a hearing concerning this issue. On May 7, 2024, the Court issued an order abating the appeal and remanding to the trial court for consideration of appellant's contention concerning documents presented to the trial which appeared to be lost or destroyed. A supplemental reporter's record was filed on June 3, 2024 and a supplemental clerk's record was filed on June 6, 2024. The reporter's record contains the documents sought by appellant.

The abatement is lifted and the appeal is reinstated on the active docket.

It is so ORDERED.
